Hi, I'm Justin.

For two decades I was the person companies handed their hardest operational problems — 1,000+ projects for businesses from mid-market up to $1B in revenue. I built entire IT and business-systems departments from the ground up, ran technology end-to-end as a fractional CTO across a dozen companies, and led the teams that rescued failing systems and shipped the ones that replaced them.

No degree, no playbook. I learned it by doing — which is exactly why I can move fast into a new domain like AI without asking permission.
